It is unknown when the Syndicate was formed or rose to power.

QUALITY OF LIFE
It appears the Syndicate is an organized group, built on payment and securities.

INTERACTION WITH OTHERS
The Syndicate is well funded, as evidenced by an attempt to purchase stolen Federation technology. So far, known species to operate in the Syndicate are Dosi and Paradan.

OTHER INFORMATION
Our first interaction with the Syndicate was uncomfortable. An Away Team assigned to observe the sale of stolen Federation technology was taken captive by a Paradan representative. Were it not for a nearby Runabout, the Paradan and his mercenaries would have taken the lives of the Away Team in exchange for unlocking the secrets of the transceiver and replicator.
