Commander Teixeira has proven yet again his value to the Black Hawk with his contributions both In Character and Out of Character. His attention to detail during our planning sessions, and his ability to play anyone when the situation called for it proved to be essential to this mission's success. I am proud to have him not just among the crew, but as my XO as well. |

Lieutenant Metsker came aboard swinging like he'd been with us the whole time. Though hurricanes and other issues have forced him to take a LOA, I know that he would have been just as fantastic through the rest of the mission. For that reason, and his incredible writing since coming aboard, I grant Lieutenant Metsker the CO's Honor. |

For being steadfast with the simulation in spite of moving, job searching, and an interesting work life. I have no doubt that Nick desires to play aboard the Black Hawk as he has stuck by my side through thick and thin. In addition to being steadfast, I want to thank Nick for powering through the rough patches we had in the last few months. |

Ben (Lt. Cmdr. Bast) has been a rock during the last mission. Despite the fact that it went longer than intended, and had some rough patches, we were still able to complete it and establish it as the mission with the most posts. Ben, along with the command staff, was determined to push through to the end to see this mission completed, and for that and so much more, I thank him. |

Though Lt. Di Pasquale is not on the command team, she stepped into the role of Acting Executive Officer during the last mission to help hold the ship and crew together. In doing so, her character was stretched like never before and exhibited quite some unique growth during the last mission. I cannot wait to see more from Camila. |

I especially enjoyed writing a starship swatting his twenty flies while the Black Hawk struggled to regain power. That is, of course, just one example of his fantastic writing. |
