The Kalisa Conundrum

The Frontier is ready to push back.

On Stardate 65790.5, a 100-year old probe emerged from the Finnean Convergence Zone in the Gamma Quadrant. Most of the data it contained was corrupted, save for what remained of an emergency beacon. The message it carried was one of danger and warning, delivered by none other than Captain Harvey Geisler.

Recalled from Shore Leave in the Alpha Quadrant, Captain Geisler summons the best Starfleet has to offer and takes command of the USS Black Hawk-A. Their destination is the mysterious Finnean Convergence Zone where nothing has ever gone in, and whatever has ever emerged, has not emerged alive.

But somewhere, inside the zone, awaits both incredible opportunities for exploration, and perhaps the greatest danger the Federation has ever faced. Can the crew of the USS Black Hawk find this threat before it is too late?

Hi ho, everyone! I've been asked to forward this message to you all regarding an exciting, upcoming event! If you have any questions, please contact me, or follow the instructions below.

= = = = = = =

Hello everyone,

As many of you may have seen already Bravo Fleet together with Obsidian Fleet and Pegasus Fleet is setting up a new kind of event. Project Khitomer, an on-line convention to bring together our love for all things simming and Trek and to improve cooperation amongst each other. Much like Fallfest and SciWorld, these events are never complete without people to actually organize things. As such I have asked your Commanding Officer to post this message. Are you particularly well at developing characters? Are you skilled at graphic design? Do you know everything there is to know about Trek and do you want to host a trivia? If you have any skill, talent or anything like it that you’d want to share with the world. I am asking for your help. For Project Khitomer we are looking for people to set up one hour panels, no idea is ruled out as long as it is related to this great hobby of ours.

If any of this sounds appealing to you and you want to do Bravo Fleet a great service please contact myself directly with any idea you may have. If you use Discord you can find me as Alexander on the Bravo Fleet server and if you do not you may also send your idea to tf9@bravofleet.com. I look forward to any submissions, the deadline is February 2nd.

Kind regards,
Alexander,
Admiral Lauren A. Archer,
Task Force 9 Commanding Officer,
Bravo Fleet Command Council

Quiet. Too quiet.

Normally, Harvey would retreat to the Ready Room during moments like these, or hover over the Mission Operations station watching details as they came through from the squadron or away team. Unfortunately, this situation did not allow for his customs. The ship was afflicted with a disease,…
